J. Edward Shiok is a professional writer, document designer, and business development consultant with 24 years of experience helping organizations succeed in Alaska, Hawaii, the Lower 48, and beyond. At the federal level, this includes the Department of Commerce (NOAA), Department of Defense (DLA, USACE-AK/HI, USA, USAF, USCG, USMC, and USSF), Department of Homeland Security (FEMA), Department of the Interior (NPS and USFWS), Department of Transportation (FHWA, FRA, FTA, and MARAD), and the General Services Administration (GSA).
